Your team is losing hours every week to manual busywork. I find it and fix it — fast.
I'm a consultant who dives into how your business actually runs, spots where time and money are leaking, and builds practical fixes: automation, connected systems, and custom tools. No jargon, no six-month engagements.
You'll leave the free consult with at least one improvement you can act on — whether or not we work together.
Sound familiar?
Most businesses don't have a "technology problem." They have a Tuesday-afternoon problem: the same tedious work, done by hand, week after week. Here's what that usually looks like — and what I do about it.
"We type the same information into three different systems."
What I do: I connect your systems so data entered once flows everywhere it needs to go — your point of sale, your books, your spreadsheets, your emails.
"Somebody spends every Friday building that report by hand."
What I do: I automate the reports, reminders, invoices, and follow-ups your team assembles manually — so they run themselves, on time, every time.
"We know software could help, but we don't know where to start."
What I do: I look at how your business actually operates, tell you plainly what's worth fixing (and what isn't), and build exactly what's needed — nothing more.

Ozark Technology Consulting is new. The work isn't. I've spent my career building software, automation, and internal tools for Arkansas companies — the same busywork-killing work I now do for clients.
Staff Software Engineer, Benton Lane
I build the internal tools and automation that keep a manufacturing operation running lean — finding the slow, manual steps in production and back-office workflows and engineering them away.
App Developer, Harvest Group
Built retail-tech software at an agency serving suppliers to the nation's largest retailers — the data, reporting, and workflow tools that keep supplier teams moving fast.
Production software, end to end
Working in software and tech roles since 2018: C#/.NET, integrations, automation, and internal tools — real systems that real teams rely on every day, built and maintained end to end.
Who you'll be working with
I'm Cole Spencer, founder of Ozark Technology Consulting, a registered Arkansas LLC. I build software and automation for a living — by day as a Staff Software Engineer working on manufacturing and operational efficiency at Benton Lane in Fayetteville. What I actually sell is time: the hours your team gets back when the busywork disappears.
I work directly with owners and managers, in plain English. If you're technical, great — we can go deep. If you're not, you'll never need to be. Either way, you deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager.
Based in Arkansas, I provide business automation, efficiency consulting, and contract software development for businesses across the state — and remote anywhere.
